In the presence of exudate the PROMOGRAN Dressing transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel, and thus allows contact with all areas of the wound. PROMOGRAN Dressing maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface, which attracts cells and supports tissue growth.
