Returns
Southwestmedicals.com is committed to ensuring that all of our products and
services meet the highest quality standards. If any items are received in a
damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We
will replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your
order.
If you would like to return or exchange any unopened items, we will exchange
them for any other size needed or refund your money within 10 days of purchase.
While we may be able to refund your purchase price, we will be unable to refund
any shipping charges. Please contact our customer service department at
sales@southwestmedicals.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good
condition in order to be replaced or refunded.
